hello dunia . hari nehh aku nak che citaa pasal first running OPEN selama 16tahun aku hidup . tehee (:

okey . participant dia memang ramai nak mampus kud . semua category ade lima . and category aku jea dah ade 365 team *baFCUK ramaii . -.- hm , let me introduce youu about this event , AHHA . ;

mula mula , event nehh actually lebih kurang macam 4x400 or anythin' yang sewaktu lahh kan . tapy ade lima orang runner means lebih sorang :P . first , second dngan third runner kene lary 3kilometer . but the fourth dngan fifth masing masing 3.2 , 2.8 kilometer . runner team SMSJ A (  cuba click dekat name of us -.- );

 baiklahh :D . kalau acaraa 4 times bla blaa tue pakai batton * ( betul kea kau eja ? ) , event nehh pakai menatang hape entaa , macam SELENDANG . kena buad macam miss universe tuu . haha . sorry . and ade checkpoint untuk setiap runner . jauh jauh semuaa . *WAH . dah laa woi . aku penat .

we success ! ktowg dapat second place bhaii . *OMG OMG ! . huyyo , even petama kaly join run nih , dah menang *bajet . HAHA . SAS , Sekolah Alam Shah dah join setiap tahun tapi paling POWER pun dapat num 9 jea . hee :D . beetapa gumbira nye us kan .
